Dustbin Baby

The story is about a girl who is in the Forster system she explores her past and tries to find the one who abandoned her in the dustbin.

The book Dustbin Baby is a quick read, the language is very casual I feel that her writing style is very appealing to the reader and she manages to engage the readers by having the main girls thoughts and feeling to be very relatable. It's nothing like I've eve seen before, her writing is frank and simple what i like most is that I found a bit of myself in April in the way that she over thinks a lot and creates stories of her own to replace certain episodes of her life. The author has made the characters as realistic as possible, the book has no age limit nor restriction it is a book for one and all.

April Showers (so called because of her birth date, April 1, and her tendency to burst into tears at the drop of a hat) was unceremoniously dumped in a rubbish bin when she was only a few hours old. Her young life has passed by in a blur of ever-changing foster homes but as she enters her teens she decides it is time to find out the truth about her real family.
